Job responsibilities:

  • A results-oriented approach to landlord growth and landlord marketing strategies
  • Able to understand the motivation of the landlord, the business structure, and the ability to design a landlord toolset to meet their goals
  • Clearly define the goals of success for the team, prioritize the products according to the scope of influence, and use the data to verify success.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Chinese market, and will look for new opportunities based on the characteristics of airbnb
  • Can establish good cross-group cooperation relationship, can promote large-scale cross-functional group and cross-ocean cooperation


  • Have toB product experience, large e-commerce company, OTA industry work experience is preferred
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Airbnb products, have strong product design capabilities and product sensitivity
  • Thinking from the user's perspective; results-driven, can clearly define the end goal and have the ability to integrate resources to achieve this goal
  • Tight thinking, can ask questions, prove hypotheses, and aggregate different possibilities
  • Strong self-motivation; strong problem solving skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English, strong written and oral skills
  • Work experience over 6 years is preferred

  • 具备端到端构建房东交付和服务流程的产品和运营能力,能够结合数据和行业知识快速定位问题解决问题
  • 具备很强的资源整合能力,能够赋能房东,利用房东的参与和自运营前置解决用户服务问题
  • 为团队明确定义成功的目标;可根据产品的影响范围进行优先级的排序和数据验证;
  • 建立良好的跨组合作关系,推动大规模的跨功能组和跨洋的合作


  • 6年以上互联网产品经验;有B端产品经验、大型平台类公司经验(OTA,电商,共享等)优先;
  • 优秀的产品设计能力和产品敏感度;对涉及过的产品及商业形态有个人的独立思考;
  • 从用户角度出发,结果驱动,可以清晰的定义最终目标并且通过资源整合实现最终目标;
  • 较强的逻辑思维能力;主动提出假设并解决问题的能力;
  • 较强的书面表达、口头表达能力;良好的中英文读写能力
