Job Summary

Duties &  Responsibilities

  • Provide international compliance, tax planning and mobility processes to ensure best practice
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the mobile employee calculation engine integrated with Airbnb’s stock plan administration system
  • Support daily equity program operations (e.g., grants, option exercises, RSU releases, ESPP purchases, and etc.) on an as-needed basis
  • Coordinate closely with payroll, treasury, and mobility teams to coordinate tax reporting compliance of our global equity plans
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses with quick turnarounds based on business requests from internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing timely and accurate equity data
  • Resolve, and escalate, equity-related queries from employees and business partners, including tax and mobility-related issues
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues to achieve successful results within tight timelines

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years experience in management of equity administration with international and global experience; ideally public company experience 
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally on equity matters with Legal, Finance, and People teams
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, and an ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
