The Community You Will Join:
Airbnb’s Advocacy team is part of the broader Public Policy group, dedicated to protecting and promoting our community of hosts and guests across North America. The team works closely with Public Policy stakeholders, regional policy teams, and external partners to influence legislation, foster strategic partnerships, and engage with community leaders. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the team uses innovative advocacy strategies to advance fair and progressive home-sharing rules.
The Difference You Will Make:
In this role, you will design and execute community activation strategies to mobilize hosts and guests around regulatory issues impacting short-term rentals. By leveraging digital tools and grassroots organizing techniques, you will inspire action, connect community members with policymakers, and drive meaningful policy change. Success in this role means creating impactful advocacy campaigns, increasing community engagement, and achieving measurable policy outcomes.
