Airbnb was born in 2007 when two Hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 4 million Hosts who have welcomed more than 1 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, Hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
The Community You Will Join:
Airbnb’s mission of providing inspiring travel experiences for our hosts and guests is heavily reliant on our Supply teams’ success in ensuring high quality supply in the market.
The Difference You Will Make:
As the Senior Sales Operations Manager for Latin America, you will partner with regional Supply leadership, as well as cross functional partners, on initiatives from delivering on centrally run strategic programs to defining and executing on local market strategies that will accelerate Airbnb’s growth. You will also have a global Sales Ops responsibility for the Host Entrepreneur segment. Host Entrepreneurs are smaller hosts at Airbnb with less than 30 listings on the platform. You will partner closely with the functional leader of Host Entrepreneurs to measure the performance of the program and execute tactics that accelerate the growth of this segment.
For both responsibilities, you should be comfortable with a variety of go to market strategy definitions, familiar with sales methodologies, best practices, sales metrics and cycles. You will support both the development of strategy well as the day to day operational running of the Supply teams you support.
