Live and Work Anywhere

At Airbnb, you have the flexibility to live and work anywhere—while also experiencing
in-person connection that makes our culture special.

Our Live and Work Anywhere policy has five principles:

  1. Work from home or an office.
  2. Live anywhere in the country you’re employed and compensation won’t change.
  3. Have the flexibility to work temporarily from anywhere in the world, with company approval and where regulations allow.
  4. Meet up regularly for team gatherings to connect with one another.
  5. Work in a highly coordinated way.
