The Global Compliance Services (GCS) team at Airbnb partners with cross-functional teams across the company to scale their compliance capabilities. Our Compliance Program Management function within GCS leads compliance initiatives, designs and develops compliance solutions, and streamlines the adoption of shared tools and technologies. Our team is guided by well-defined objectives and a commitment to operational excellence.

As Technical Compliance Program Lead at Airbnb, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our compliance capabilities by designing, developing and implementing technology-enabled solutions. Your mission will be to collaborate closely with compliance leaders to innovate, build, pilot, and deploy effective compliance programs that are aligned with the company’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives. With your specialized knowledge and experience in technology program management and understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, you will design solutions that not only address current needs but are also scalable and adaptable for future requirements.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to navigate diverse perspectives and identify the most impactful priorities to develop effective compliance solutions. The role requires proactiveness while working independently through ambiguity.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
