As the Strategy Analyst on Airbnb's Payments Team, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our payment systems. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that will shape the way we handle payments and enhance the overall customer experience.Your primary focus will be to help support the go forward strategy for the payments platform, as a critical enabler of the business.
This individual must be able understand global trends in critical markets and identify growth opportunities based on customer needs. They will provide insights and recommendations to support decision making at all levels of the organization. Your ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement will be crucial in driving business success and ensuring that Airbnb remains at the forefront of the industry.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will collaborate on the design and execution of innovative payment solutions that align with Airbnb's business objectives. This role will require strong leadership skills; your ability to inspire and motivate others will be essential in fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
As a key member of the Payments Team, you will report directly to the Head of Payments Strategy and Business Operations with a dotted line to the Payments Strategy Lead.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
