The Community You Will Join: 

We’re seeking an experienced and versatile Influencer Senior Operations Manager to support a communications team that is building visibility and advancing awareness for the unique benefits and proximity to culture that Airbnb offers through a scaled influencer program. The Influencer Senior Operations Manager will partner with the Influencer Director to oversee, streamline, and scale influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence. This role will also play a pivotal part in supporting the international division of influencer programs, collaborating with regional teams to adapt and evolve global strategies for local markets while maintaining alignment with overarching goals.

A Typical Day: 

  • Develop and optimize operational processes which include routing approvals, assisting in influencer onboarding, managing day-to-day execution, tracking deliverables, and more
  • Partner with the Influencer Director, Influencer Lead, the wider consumer communications team, and marketing counterparts to connect and align influencer strategy with broader initiatives.
  • Identify any potential opportunities to improve process and optimize workflows as they relate to influencer marketing 
  • Oversee the operational elements of a global influencer playbook, serving as the point person for all operational aspects of the program to cross-functional partners
  • Work with Business Affairs & legal partners to ensure that all influencers are properly vetted  and comply with company  legal guidelines 
  • Collaborate with our international teams to ensure that global practices are being executed at the regional level; and contribute to the evolution of international influencer programs.  
  • Manage tracking and measurement of the influencer program, capturing insights and learnings to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee influencer program budget, ensuring accurate tracking and timely payments.
  • Drive annual planning: Develop a strategic roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, defining key objectives, milestones, and success metrics for the influencer vertical.
  • Develop strategic briefs: Create comprehensive, goal-driven campaign briefs to align global teams on priorities, ensuring consistency in messaging, execution, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate global alignment: Act as the central communication point to ensure all regions and cross-functional partners share a unified understanding of program goals and deliverables.
  • As needed, contribute to the strategy and execution of global initiatives e.g. product launches and global consumer programs

Your Expertise:

  • 8+ years experience in influencer and social media marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working on a global scale
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in the global influencer landscape, including platform trends 
  • Experience operationalizing influencer programs across the micro, mid, and macro tiers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key decision makers 
  • Proven body of work and direct experience operationalizing global influencer programs
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely organized, with proven experience in project management
  • Deep understanding of data as it relates to influencer marketing and measurement 
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with social, social listening and influencer management tools including Sprinklr and CreatorIQ

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

$136,000$160,000 USD
