As Influencer Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in launching, scaling and managing a new social and influencer marketing program, with a specific focus on France.
The Difference You will Make:
We are seeking a world-class operator to help us launch, grow and oversee a new Influencer Affiliates program. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of this program within a specifically defined region. This is a hands-on role that will require direct management of up to 100+ influencer partners, along with tight integration and communication with internal stakeholders at Airbnb. We are seeking a candidate with meticulous attention to detail; the ability to design, implement and manage scalable processes; and a strong understanding of the social media landscape, with the keen ability to identify top talent and recognize best-in-class content.
