The Community You Will Join:
The Senior Marketing Manager, Spain will report to the Senior Marketing Lead, Southern Europe and join the Southern Europe Marketing team as an integrated member of the function. They will work in close partnership with the Spain Marketing Lead to support the development and execution of strategic, insight-led marketing plans that drive business growth and strengthen Airbnb’s brand in the market.

They will help identify local opportunities, activate integrated campaigns, manage agency partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, media, product, and performance marketing.
